Arrival Academy is a one-off purchase: you pay once and keep lifetime access. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the price for buying directly from us on this website. This page lists every course we sell and what each plan includes.

Buying through an education agent
Many students receive their access code from an education agent and pay the agent directly. On the UK courses the agent price is £299, fixed and the same for every agent. That is £50 less than the £349 direct price. How payment, codes and refunds work is explained in how billing works.
Questions
Is Arrival Academy a subscription?
No. Every plan is a one-off payment with lifetime access to your course. There is nothing to renew.
What currency are the prices in?
Pounds sterling (£, GBP).
Which plan can I buy online?
Complete can be bought online at checkout. Essentials and Concierge are arranged through an enquiry form, and we set you up directly.
Is it cheaper through an education agent?
On the UK courses, students who buy through an education agent pay £299 — £50 less than the £349 direct price. The agent price is fixed and the same for every agent. Prices through agents for other destinations differ by course; your agent will tell you the price.
Can I get a refund?
If you bought directly from us you have 14 days to cancel for a full refund, as long as you have not yet redeemed your code or started the course. If you bought through an agent, the refund is arranged with the agent. Your statutory rights are not affected.
