Refund Policy

Arrival Academy is digital content — an online course you access straight away. This policy explains when you can cancel and get a refund. It sits alongside your legal rights as a consumer, which it does not reduce.

If you bought directly from us

  • Before you start: if you have bought access but not yet redeemed your code or started the course, you have 14 days to cancel for a full refund — just email us.
  • Once you start: because this is digital content you can access immediately, your right to cancel ends once you redeem your code and begin the course. By starting, you agree to this and waive the 14-day cancellation right.

If you received your code from an education agent

Your payment was made to your education agent, so any refund of what you paid is arranged with them. The rules above still describe when course access can be cancelled.

If something is wrong

If the service is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — this policy does not affect those rights. Tell us what went wrong and we will put it right.

How to request a refund or raise an issue

Email hello@arrivalacademy.com with your name and the email on your account, and we will respond promptly.
